Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you received the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it in, unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g. beauty items). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about or issues with a particular item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.

14 Days in the EU
For goods delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, regardless of the above, without the need for any specific reason. As with the above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected the return, and whether the refund is approved or not. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the return and reflect it on your account.
